FD30 Pocket door frame for 63mm CLS, 70mm Steel or 95mm stud work.

This kit is suitable for:

  • Doors 44mm thick
  • Doors up to 60 kg in weight
  • 63mm,70mm or 95mm stud work (see dimension table.)

Kit Contents:

  • A full Solid Oak FD30 approved jamb kit
  • Intumescent pack. (Can be painted with fire resistant paint.)
  • All the galvanised steel uprights and horizontals required to build the pocket, plus the track
  • The brackets to fit the frame to the stud work that double as plasterboard positioners and supports
  • Adjustable pocket entrance floor guide
  • Runners with carbon steel ‘sealed for life’ bearings
  • A spring steel door brake (30kg – 45kg soft close option available) Soft Close

What you need to supply:

    • 44mm FD30 fire rated door panel, max weight 60kg
    • Stud work to suit
    • Plasterboard (See dimensions table.)

Please note that you will need to purchase Jeld-wen FD30 doors. These can be purchased at places such as: B&Q, Travis Perkins, Jewsons, Screwfix and many more.
